Return Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

Puzzlebox offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for its products when purchased from our shop.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to request a RMA code and return shipping instructions. Upon receipt and examination Puzzlebox will refund the purchase price of the item.

Please do not ship returns without having received a RMA code and confirmed address from Puzzlebox.

If you did not purchase your Puzzlebox product directly from this website, please refer to your vendor’s return policy.

Damage Fee

A 30% damage fee will be assessed for items which are returned damaged, including incomplete packaging.

If returning a Puzzlebox Orbit helicopter, please be certain the item is secured inside the original package (such as by using a zip-tie or twist-tie) and/or tissue paper (or similar) is used to ensure the Orbit helicopter does not move or bounce freely within the shipping package, causing damage during transit.

Restocking Fee

If a return request is received more than 30 days after delivery Puzzlebox may assess a 15% restocking fee, at its discretion. Please be certain to contact our support team prior to returning any item.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
