Description
We received the following message from a customer:
I'm trying to fly the Orbit helicopter and have followed the steps in the guide/instructional video. The part I am stuck at is getting the actual helicopter to function. The Bluetooth connection is paired with the headset and the Puzzlebox Orbit app is receiving the signal (the green, red, and blue signals are there), but when I turn on the helicopter (after having adjusted the attention and meditation bars down to test it), nothing happens. I've tried using all the channels (A,B,C) and inverting the control signal, but nothing has happened. I've restarted it a bunch of times as well.
I'm using a NookHD to try and fly this thing.
Thanks,
H.
Notes: The NookHD runs on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich.
In response to Ak's questions:
It functions on my Android phone, but when I try it on the Nook HD, it doesn't do anything.
