Our 10 year old son asked for a single gift for Christmas - the Puzzlebox Orbit. We were leaving for vacation on Christmas day, so we had him take it with us - we tried multiple times while we were on vacation and couldn't get it to work.

We attempted to contact your company while we were on vacation, but have not heard back from you at all. Our little boy is extremely disappointed right now. We tried again, with both an Apple iPhone and Android Samsung Galaxy - neither one of them will work. I've uploaded a video of what happens.

It will do a little hop up and drop as soon as the signal connects, but then nothing else happens.

Please help with this product, I have an incredibly sad child right now.

Is it possible to get the puzzlebox orbit to work with the emotiv insight? I'm a pretty busy and don't have time to figure out how to code and stuff as i would be a new beginner on it. Any way we can make the app work for the emotiv insight?

Finally a couple of issues with my Orbit:

-The tail rotor (small rotor on top of the orbit cage) doesn't seem to work, at least while using the iOS version of the software. is there anything I should test or check to make sure it's not faulty?

-The android app running on my Nexus S with android 4.1.2 barely works. I can get the Orbit to fly using the "Test" feature sometimes (3 out of 10 attempts), but it wont respond to any of the other features (throttle, yaw, pitch, etc.). Also it never took off without hitting "Test". On my ipad mini it works great (except for that tail rotor issue).

-Where can I get spare/replacement parts for my Orbit (propeller blades, screws, etc.)? I've noticed it's quite frail, since I was able to break a propeller blade on my first 2h of fun due to an unforseen collision with the kitchen table. If I keep this up I'll need some more spares in future...
